Nothing it is perfect

The staff were phenomenal. The breakfast was great and the view of the rice field is magical. The receptionist is very nice and professional. The waitress/asst receptionist was fantastic. They even added a pad to my mattress- riding motorcycle all over the island everyday. He was so quick and everyone has a great attitude. Plus its a new property.

The directions for Waze and google maps is a little tricky.

An exceptional stay in Tegalalang! The villa offers a breathtaking view of the rice fields – from the bed, the pool, and truly from everywhere you look. The accommodation is stylish, spotless, and absolutely on top European level. What made our stay even more special was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. A unique place in the heart of Bali – highly recommended, and we would love to return! 🌿✨

The quality of the villa was excellent. Staff friendly and very helpful. The quality of the food and the atmosphere in the hotel was so pleasant. Various trips were offered giving us the opportunity to explore a wonderful area of Bali.

If I had to nitpick then I would say the breakfast service was a little slow. Fine if you want a slow morning but not so good if you are planning a day of sightseeing

We’ve been fortunate enough to visit many beautiful places in Bali, but Ascarya Villa Ubud stands out in a truly special way — one that’s hard to capture fully in words. From the moment we arrived, we didn’t just feel like guests — we felt like family. What makes this place unforgettable isn’t just the stunning surroundings (though the rice terraces just a short walk away are absolutely magical), it’s the people who make this villa come alive with warmth, care, and authenticity. Made is a gem — his coffee is a daily ritual we looked forward to, brewed with care and intention, and honestly better than most we’ve had in Europe (and we've had plenty!). He brings a sense of calm and kindness that sets the tone for the whole stay. Dina, who prepares and serves breakfast each morning, is simply a joy to talk to. She’s full of warmth, always smiling, and genuinely interested in how your day is going. Having breakfast with her around feels like sharing a meal with a longtime friend — and the food she brings out is fresh, flavorful, and always beautifully presented. The entire place is kept spotless — every corner of the villa is thoughtfully maintained and exceptionally clean, which only adds to the sense of peace and comfort here. You can feel how much care and pride goes into every detail. We came as a family with our almost 4-year-old daughter, and even she didn’t want to leave. “I don’t want to leave from here,” she told us — and we felt the same way. She was treated with such joy, patience, and affection by everyone, which made us feel so relaxed and at home as parents. There’s a sincerity and soul to Ascarya that’s rare — it’s a true family-run place where heart comes before anything else. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat that offers not just beauty and comfort, but genuine connection and care, this is it. It's the kind of place that quietly stays with you, long after you leave — and honestly, makes you wonder if maybe you shouldn't just stay.

Septi was our front of house, and she was awesome, so nice. Made welcomed us with a great juice, absolutely lovely, Made cannot do enough for you.

The property was in a lovely quiet area, set amongst rice fields. Our room was beautifully appointed, mini bar and fruit bowl a lovely touch. The bathroom was by far the best of any property we have stayed in Bali, and luxurious. The plunge pool was perfect. Ascarya staff were next level - from our initial conversation with owner Yanti, to beautiful smiling Septi at front desk who welcomed us, amazing Made who made the best cappuccino and fresh juices, then terrific young chef Darma cooked our delicious dinner from a varied menu. Darmas breakfast was excellent too, thanku. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to do the walk through the rice paddies which is offered, that will have to wait till next time we visit.

We liked everything. Once the rice fields have their green crop growing, the outlook from each room will look fabulous.

We stayed in a beautiful villa with a breathtaking view of the rice fields – absolutely stunning! Every morning started with a delicious breakfast, and Made prepared one of the best drinks we’ve had on our trip. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and even organized a guided walk through the nearby rice terraces, which was a true highlight. It was a peaceful, unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

The villa was absolutely stunning, super clean, beautifully designed, and the rice terrace view was such a peaceful touch. I loved how private and quiet everything felt, it was perfect for a short escape. The staff were also really kind and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was served fresh to the villa, and it was such a lovely experience to enjoy it while overlooking the rice fields. The food was super tasty, and it made the mornings feel extra relaxing.

Nestled on a beautiful piece of land surrounded by lush greenery and tropical serenity, this place feels like your own private slice of paradise. The villa itself is spacious, tastefully designed, and impeccably maintained. Every detail — from the open-air living spaces to the natural wood accents and modern Balinese architecture — speaks of comfort and tranquility. What truly set it apart for me, though, was the private pool. Crystal clear, refreshing, and framed by swaying palms, it became my personal sanctuary every day. The land surrounding the villa adds to its magic. You wake up to the sound of birds, enjoy breakfast with views of vibrant gardens, and spend your evenings relaxing under star-lit skies. Whether you're lounging by the pool, sipping fresh juice on the patio, or just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere, it’s easy to forget the rest of the world exists. What I appreciated most was how secluded yet accessible the location was. It felt remote enough to truly unwind, yet still close to great food spots, local markets, and the coast. Everything I needed was within reach — but the villa itself made me never want to leave. If you’re looking for a place to recharge, reconnect, or simply indulge in the best of Bali, I can’t recommend this villa enough. It’s more than just a place to stay — it’s an experience you’ll carry with you long after you leave.

Hotel annähernd Spitze - Küche sehr gut - Personal ohne Ausnahme sehr, sehr nett und freundlich. Drei sehr, sehr nette und hübsche Mädchen und eine sehr, sehr schöne junge Frau möchte ich beispielhaft herausheben: Die Mädchen: Wiwin und Intan (Rezeption), die aussehen wie kleine Balletttänzerinnen. Dina (Service) sehr sympathisch mit einer Engelsstimme. Die junge Frau: Septi (Backoffice) die ich schon vor drei Jahren zur Miss Ubud gekürt habe - sie ist es immer noch. Ein Mann muß auch genannt werden: Der sympathische Made hat seine Arbeit auch sehr gut gemacht.

Öncelikle villanın ormanın içinde olması size özel bi alan sağlıyor. İnsanlardan araçlardan uzak, huzuru bulduğunuz bir ortam yaratılmış. Tesisteki personeller oldukça güler yüzlü ve ilgililerdi. Verdikleri hizmet yalnızca otel mantığında değildi. Biz kendileri aracılığıyla motor kiraladık, ATV turuna katıldık. Şöför hizmetlerinden faydalandık. Elinizin altında birçok hizmet mevcut diyebilirim. Bunların dışında kahvaltı menüsünü beğendik. Damak tadımıza uygun şeyler bulabildik. Waiter Madi’nin ellerinden hazırlanan dragon smoothie bowl lezzetini kesinlikle deneyin. Oda temizliği istediğiniz zamanlarda yapılıyor. Oldukça memnun kaldık. Havuz her gün temizleniyor. Akşam yemeğini bazen dışarda yedik. Villaya dışardan Türk restoranından yemek söyledik anlayışla karşıladılar. Bunun dışında villa nın restorantından da yediğimiz oldu. Damak tadımıza uyan çok seçeneğimiz yoktu ancak yine de oldukça zengin lezzetler sunuyorlar. Sevgili Villa Ubud ailesi sizlere çok teşekkür ederiz. Umarız bir daha görüşme fırsatı buluruz.

Ormanın içinde olduğu için olsa gerek e-sim aboneliği almıştım fakat bu alanda çekmiyor, tesisin interneti zaman zaman kesiliyor yine bulunduğu alan içinde olduğunu düşünüyorum sorunları çözmek için yüksek çaba gösteriyorlar o yüzden görmezden gelinebilir.

Mit großem Abstand unsere schönste Unterkunft! Die Villen sind wunderschön, alles neu, perfekt sauber und es wurde bei der Ausstattung wirklich an alles gedacht! Mitten in den Reisfeldern genießt man einen tollen Ausblick, absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Die Tegallalang Reisterrassen und einige andere schöne sind fußläufig zu erreichen! Der private Pool könnte etwas wärmer sein (mag auch am windigen Wetter gelegen haben), aber ist ansonsten sauber und gepflegt. Es stehen Liegestühle mit Handtüchern bereit. Das Personal ist das freundlichste und hilfsbereiteste, das war in ganz Bali erlebt haben! Besonders Madu vom Restaurant, er hat mich nach meinem Lieblingsobst gefragt und mir am nächsten Morgen genau dieses serviert! Die Zimtschnecken sind Weltklasse, genau wie alles weitere im Restaurant. Auch wenn die Preise etwas höher sind, das Essen ist auf 5 Sterne Niveau und etwas ganz besonderes! Wir würden sofort wieder kommen und wären liebend gerne viel länger in diesem Paradies geblieben!

On a adoré être au coeur des rizières .La vue est juste magnifique depuis notre lit .L’intimité de notre piscine-terrasse privée . La qualité exceptionnelle des plats au restaurant. Ainsi que la gentillesse et la prévenance du personnel. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié. Nous avons apprécié participer aux activités proposées gratuitement tel que le trekking à travers la rizière avec Julia et la fabrication d’offrandes avec Itan suivie de la cérémonie.

Le prix un peu élevé au restaurant mais justifiant la qualité.

De la prise en charge la fin du séjour,tout est parfait SEPTI est adorable est m’a accueillie avec énormément de bienveillance L’endroit est époustouflant,d’un calme incroyable dans les rizieres.Hotel avec les codes du savoir faire europeens. Confort +++.Bcp de petites intentions La cuisine est tres tres bonne,les jus de MADE sont incroyables!

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, la posizione della struttura è veramente incantevole, posto perfetto per passare qualche giorno in totale relax. Ci si trova completamente circondati dalle risaie, il panorama che si presenta dalle vetrate delle camere è spettacolare. Colazione buona ma non eccezionale.

Arrivare all’albergo non è semplice, è in una zona periferica e le strade sono un po’ troppo dissestate, ma è il prezzo da pagare per godere della pace e della tranquillità che ti offre la struttura.

Bali’nin doğal ortamını en konforlu şekilde hissetmek için de bir ayrı güzel. Karşınızda pirinç tarlası, etrafınızda orman ve bunu mahremiyetin korunduğu, derinliği gayet makul bir havuz ile tatilinizi en güzel şekilde süslüyorsunuz. Özellikle Bali gibi tropikal bölgedeki bir villanın böylesi temiz olması da bir ayrı güzeldi. Balayında olduğumuzdan özel olarak oda süslenmiş, çiçekler ile donatılmıştı. Ayrıca villa minibarının dolu olup ücretsiz olması da hizmet odaklı ve kaliteli hizmet anlayışının kanıtı. Ücret olarak da böylesi bir hizmete göre çok uygun bir ücret. Bali’ye bir daha gelsem asla şaşmayacağım bir yer. Özellikle villa idarecisi hanımefendiye ve profesyonel ekibine yardım ve destekleri için çok teşekkür ederim. Özel aşçımız Made’e de villaya sipariş ettiğimiz kahvaltıda balayı özel tatlısı için çok teşekkür ederiz.
