Nau Villa Ubud

Beautiful villa in the jungle, gives you a feeling of being far away from the city centre even though it’s not really that far. The staff was so attentive and friendly, they catered to my every need. I absolutely loved the bath tub and private pool. The floating breakfast and flower bath were great too.

I was in Villa 7 and had to walk uphill to get to reception, it’s not much of an issue if you have no physical impairments…but just be prepared.

Wonderful 2 night stay at villa 5. Peaceful property , comfy beds - loved the outdoor shower bathroom area and table and chairs for breakfast. Netflix was a bonus . Staff were beautiful and thank you Billy for looking after us - Villa organised transport to Ubud Main Street for shopping etc ...

The standout aspect of this hotel was definitely the staff and the quality of service—they were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to assist. The breakfast and dinner were very good, and the restaurant offered a pleasant dining experience overall.

We booked a villa with a private pool and a view, which sounded perfect on paper. However, we were disappointed to find that the actual area of the villa was much smaller than described. The total space was hardly 60 sqm, far from the 140 sqm mentioned in the listing. While the staff kindly offered us a larger villa as a solution, it didn’t have the view we had originally booked and looked forward to, so we chose to stay in the original one. Additionally, the private pool could use better cleaning and maintenance—particularly the pool pillow, which didn’t appear fresh or well-kept.

This is an AMAZING property, about 20 minutes outside of Ubud and 2-2.5 hours away from the airport (which is NOT a bad thing). This place is extremely luxurious, each villa is isolated from the others, and the staff are beyond impressive!!!

Literally there was nothing to dislike!

Everything was wonderful. The vila is amazing, looks exactly like in the pictures. They pay a lot of attention to details (in the open bathroom you can find salt bath to use in the hot tube and smells divine, shower/ shampoo seems very quality, shopping bag, etc) Breakfast is very good and served next to the pool Quiet area

Breakfast and dinners were amazing. All the service provided was top standard and our hotel staff was very very friendly and always ready to help.

The staff is always very kind, solution oriented and warm hearted, a wonderful residence in harmony with nature.

It is a beautiful property. The experience was superb. We stayed here for one night after our wedding, and we wish we had stayed here at least another night. Really beautiful. Definitely recommend.

I am writing this review after three nights staying in these amazing villas, one more night to go before we move to another part on the island but will be very sad to leave such a beautiful place and people. So where to start, location, this is a remote location however DO NOT let this put you off at all. You get the best of both worlds by having a zen like rural beautiful tropical location with traditional villas loaded with luxury and private pool, super clean, outdoor bathroom, every mod con going, super attentive staff that go over & above every time you meet. They lay on a regular free return shuttle service into Ubud central and an on demand free shuttle service to the sister cafe/ bar with pool 'TIS' in the popular rice terrace area. Just ask the team to arrange for a driver to take you down and whats app them when your ready to go back, it's fantastic service! The villa, its brilliant, spacious, secluded, furnished to a very high standard, fridge, turn down service, cleaned every day, free fast WiFi, smart TV with Netflix subscription, safe, ample wardrobe space, robe and slippers, outdoor bathroom with the best rainfall shower ever. A massive outdoor bath, posh sunbeds with mattresses, a private pool and outside table & chairs. Loads of plug sockets, aircon, hairdryer, towels and beach towels, wireless speaker, mood lighting , outdoor lighting, vanity kits and toothbrushes, who does that!!! Basically it's top tier luxury in a traditional setting ( all based on our villa, number 1). The staff, well they are on another level for customer service, each and everyone will bend over backwards for you, they are always checking that everything is okay and to your liking and have the biggest smiles. They clean the rooms at a time that you are happy with, they bring room service and advise on places to go and how to get there.

- the location: it’s exactly what we wanted. Quiet, calming with beautiful green scenery. You can take their free shuttle into Ubud at certain times or they offer free transport to the rice fields at any time. Otherwise, you can pay to get driven to and from Ubud outside of the free shuttle times. - the breakfast: delicious, filling, full of variety. We loved dining up near reception to get a beautiful view but you can also opt to have your breakfast delivered to your villa - the bed: it’s very comfortable! You can’t even feel the person next to you get out of bed. - the staff: their all wonderful, friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you!

Its very minor. It would be nice to see every activity that the villa offers. We saw people doing a yoga class but couldn’t see a list of where this was offered and for how much. Maybe having this in each villa would be helpful. We could only find information on massage treatments in the Villa. Also we had only one day bed next to our pool for two people.

The location is excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The villas have a pleasant layout and are well-maintained. The service provided was exceptional, and the breakfast offered was of high quality.

Perhaps the only minor issue was that Villa 1 was a bit noisy, but it wasn't a significant problem.

Thé villa was amazing. Thé location was peaceful and quiet. Thé service was great. I highly recommend thé romantic dinner. It was a magical expérience for me and my fiancée.

It was an amazing stay in Nau Villa Ubud. The staff is extremely friendly, and they do their best to help us. The breakfast is very good and you get to choose from a menu which changes nearly each day. Even though the villa itself is a bit far from Ubud, the hotel has a free shuttle service on 10am, 3pm and 8pm to the center or Ubud (otherwise the trip would cost around 160k Rp by grab) The private swimmingpool is amazing, having a great view on rice fields

The kind and caring staff. Very friendly and smiley. All the food was delicious and nothing was every too much trouble for the staff.
