Merta House Jasan Village

Merta House is a hidden gem, located in Jasan Village. It’s perfect for exploring surrounding areas like Ubud, Tegallalang Rice Fields and up to Kintamani to see Mount Batur. Would recommend hiring a scooter to get around. The house was ideal, everything we needed for a great stay…super comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, hot water, good WiFi, lovely garden and the pool! We were warmly welcomed by Made and his family upon arrival, who are the friendliest, kindest people, who went above and beyond. We stayed with Made for a month and during our stay we were treated like family and invited to join in with village life which was fantastic for allowing us to understand and appreciate traditional Balinese culture. We loved the house, the village and Made and his family so much we are returning for a further 2 months 😊 Thank you so much Made, Komang, Wayan, Perlan and Vanessa ❤️

Unser Urlaub bei Made im Merta House war wunderbar. Das Haus ist geräumig und sauber, der Pool groß und erfrischend. Made ist ein unglaublich freundlicher Mensch, der uns immer einen Fahrer organisierte und bei Bedarf auch Mittag- oder Abendessen bringen ließ. Das Merta Haus liegt recht ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf am Rande des Dschungels. Hier gibt es nicht allzu viel, man muss wenigstens bis Tegallalang fahren für den täglichen Bedarf. Das Merta Haus ist jedoch ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um Ubud oder den Mount Batur zu erkunden. Wir können die Unterkunft unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Danke an Made und seine Familie für die wunderbare Zeit!
