Great place very unique we stayed for 2 nights wanted to extend but they said they going to be close for few months for renovations! Locates in jangle very cosy and each villa is private. Overall very pleasing experience with lovely pool and excellent views !
Jangle life all around in property small gekons , fogs etc … but place location is in the middle of nowhere in jangle so check with chatgpt it say its normal for Bali 🫣

The View is really stunning. Green jungle and fresh air. The privacy was respected as villa was isolated and nobody was next door. Stuff very friendly and the option to order breakfast to the room was good facility as property has lot of stairs.
Unfortunately property doors and windows have holes so big lizards and frogs got into the room. Wooden windows really need renovation as have big damages. It also influenced the level of noise from outside.

It’s a very remote villa out looking the rice fields which is lovely but….
In past reviews damp smells have been reviewed and we experienced the same thing, made the villa very uncomfortable to stay in. It’s a longgg way to get to any decent restaurants or into Ubud so wouldn’t recommend staying here if that’s what you want to do.

A truly special experience 🌿✨
The view is absolutely unique – the surrounding rice fields give the accommodation a very special character.
The small cottages create a warm, homely atmosphere and are perfect for relaxing. In addition, the spacious area with a beautiful terrace invites you to enjoy the surroundings even more.
The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help, which makes the stay even more pleasant.
The spa – although sometimes also visited by outside tourists – is a special experience that is definitely worth trying.
Breakfast (especially the mie goreng and nasi goreng) is delicious. While the variety is limited, the quality is excellent.
The pool with its stunning view completes the setting and offers an ideal place to rest and enjoy.
➡️ If you are looking for peace, authenticity, and a truly typical way to experience Bali, this is the perfect place.
Value for money: excellent!
I would definitely return.
It’s important to be aware that staying so close to nature also means sharing the space with its little inhabitants. For example, we once had an ant trail appear overnight, which disappeared again by morning.
The bed linen was clean, though slightly marked by the humidity – something quite common in this tropical climate.
At night the surroundings become more alive as animals come out of their hiding places, creating a very natural atmosphere. With earplugs, it was easy for us to manage and still enjoy a good night’s sleep.
➡️ If you’re looking for an authentic experience in the middle of nature and can embrace these small quirks, this is a truly special place to stay.

Staff were pleasant, quiet location, picturesque gardens and surrounding jungle, tasty breakfast, big rooms, nice bath.
Mouldy pillows, mould on curtains and shower grout, mouldy/musty smell throughout, general disrepair, broken/missing slats on decking, wobbly railing, only enough hot water to fill about 10cm of the bath. Our party all woke up with varying combinations of asthma, wheezing, congestion, and sneezes. Left after first night of a 4 night booking. Staff said they could only refund 30%, didn't have the capacity to do it via eftpos and couldn't give cash, so to go through booking.com. Contacted the property explaining our experience and requesting partial refund, got absolutely no response. It was a non-refundable booking, so that's on me, but given the state of the property, I didn't think it unreasonable to ask for some compensation. Paid AU100+ per night, have paid far less than this in Bali and never had conditions anything like this.

The view
Breakfast was super boring. Caramelised banana? No it wasn’t caramelised, just plain banana. The coffee seemed like water with dirt. Indonesia has so many coffee plants, and you give me that? Please, I could see the powder of the instant coffee you used on the side of the cup. Or it even might have been from the previous person that used it. I didn’t took a sip.

Manzara müthiş, tam dinlenmek için bir yer
“This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. Everything — from the towels and bedsheets to the pillows and cushions — was old, stained, and extremely dirty. The entire place is in serious need of renovation; most of the furniture and fixtures are broken or falling apart. It was very difficult to stay here comfortably. The room was full of ants and spiders — I understand it’s a natural setting, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of basic pest control. It’s unacceptable. We couldn’t enjoy the atmosphere at all because we were too busy dealing with the poor conditions. This place needs urgent attention and a complete overhaul.”

The location is incredibly beautiful. Our room faced the rice fields and it was gorgeous.
The room was overall clean and tidy. The employees were helpful and always around. We also paid for the spa and that was really relaxing!
The bathroom of the room didn’t have a door, but instead a curtain, which made using it very awkward.
Common areas had rats around, especially near the kitchen, which was horrible to find out after eating there. We even found a dead baby rat on the stairs. It’s a natural place so animals were expected; just not actual rats near where we eat.
The area is hard to arrive. Nothing else around even though it looks like there are shops, you can’t get to them directly.
We weren’t given some of the basics right off, so we had to purchase the water bottles, just to find out that they do give them for free with cleaning the room, just possibly forgot about us.
We stayed at places that were 3 times cheaper than here, but they were incredible. This place was supposed to be our little luxury getaway, but it disappointed us for not even being in the same level as those cheaper options.

in the middle of the jungle, nothing around so very quiet and no disturbing lights. I loved it.
nice little pool
very friendly staff
very spacious villas with a private terrace
good Internet
the inconvenience of its location is that there is nothing around, no bars or restaurants or shop. you need to use a motorbike. there is a restaurant on the premises but it has very limited options.

I loved the location. It's totally surrounded by nature and you can enjoy the tranquil and watch the rice fields + jungle.
It's the perfect place if you want to focus on yourself and enjoy some time alone and in nature.
The pool was clean and has an amazing view.
The bed was big and comfy.
Staff was very nice and friendly, great juices!
It's not the most modern facility, so the houses have all the essentials but could be cleaner. Especially the corners and angles. You see that the houses are older and not up to date.

The location, so far removed from the city which is what I was looking for. My room was in front of a rice field, a rice terrace and a jungle. At night I can hear jungle sounds, it's so peaceful! There was a day I missed my tour and I just laid on the bed the whole day enjoying on the bed, open doors, bamboos swaying in the wind. You get the picture.
The place is huge! Queen bed, a sofa, a bathtub that fits 3 people, toilet, shower, built- closets, lots of extra spaces, plus a large terrace. I dragged my table out and had breakfast, lunch, dinner outside, enjoying the sun and nature.
The place is a bit hard to find but that's part of it's charm! I actually loved it haha
I don't think the team replaces the sheets after visitors leave 😅 my sheets, pillows all smell damp, old, or like a man, I can't tell. That's my biggest dislike I guess but I just covered the pillows with my shirt and I was all good
When I checked in, I don't have a soap and toilet paper, and after a day, I don't have water anymore. There's no housekeeping but I just went to the lobby and they gave me what I need. Small inconveniences that didn't really go into the rating, the staff has been really helpful too (Mita and the guys, thank you so much for the hospitality)
A frog found it's way inside my room through a hole in the wall 😅 but it's a sign of how so near to nature I am and again, wasn't really a bad thing for me.

The Villas are soooo spacious and beautifully designed. Mine looked out onto the rice paddy and the jungle — the garden arond the n\villa is gorgeously tropical too.
For the price — it was excellent,If I was to pay more it would be great to have fresh towels and sheets and cleaning.

Spacious bungalows are located 20 minutes walk from Tegalalang rice terraces.
Breakfasts were tasty, but small. Bed linen were wet because of high humidity.

You're literally out in the jungle. It's peaceful, quiet and beautiful. I liked the area. I live in a chaotic & noisy city. I wanted to just be in silence. And that's what I got. For the occasional rooster crowing & a couple of dogs barking & scooters making it's way on the tiny winding road... It's quiet. I almost felt like I was "Glamping" because you can hear the frogs croaking at night & see fireflies glowing in the darkness. Oh & I had a huge frog & little lizard come and visit me in my villa. The villa is simple. Nothing luxurious, but it serves it's purpose. I liked it's simplicity.
I didn't like not having enough toilet paper or enough soap/body wash. I also didn't like the fact they advertise food that they don't even carry...ie chicken Cordon Bleu. The entire time I was there, they didn't have it. There's a huge bathtub, but not enough hot water to fill it. I was super bummed about that because I was looking forward to having a nice hot full bath after walking & hiking all day. This was one amenity I was really looking forward to. I couldn't even enjoy it. So disappointed.

Staff were very friendly and did everything from check in, cleaning and cooking. Food was tasty but the menu was limited with some things not available. It's a remote location which is good but you defintely need transport to get to the main road for food etc. The room at the front on the rice field to the right was the best one. Pool was clean and refreshing. Views over the rice field is lovely.
We had to ask when we wanted our room cleaned/sheets/towels changed, expected that to be offered regularly when staying 10 days. The first room we had smelled mouldy especially the mattress and pillows. Pillows had black mould on them. 'Kitchen' is a gas stove and pan outside- that's it, no fridge etc. Decking was rotting and you could step though some areas. The whole place was very tired and needs some maintenance but I think everywhere does after covid. Would've been nice to have an outside day bed to relax on. Beer was expensive.

Very relaxing stay at Tirta Sari. Just what we needed after spending time in the busier areas of Bali. The staff were friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The room was very spacious for us as a couple. We were able to rent a motorcycle easily. The food was delicious! The location is perfect for relaxing, also close to the rice terraces. The view was nice, overlooking rice fields and forest. At night the rice fields come alive with sparkling fireflies. The infinity pool was really nice. Recommended.
The main issue was the shower drain was blocked. We used the bath instead. The bed was a little uncomfortable for our preference however it was big. There is no fridge.

The location was very good. The view was great. the room was very big and spacious. Hot water and wifi was great. the staffs were very friendly and helpful! They help me carry my luggage down the stairs. loved my stay there.
Not all rooms have a kitchen. The room was a little dusty. The food options were very limited. No shop in close proximity, delivery always get cancelled. Need to take stairs

Beautiful view and pool, spacious room.
The food could be a lot better. No cleaning in the room during the stay. Bathtub was useless as not enough hot water to fill it.

Beautiful big rooms with amazing bathroom and comfortable bed, best views over rice fields, quiet neighbourhood, 30 mins on scooter to ubud centre, paradise!
No complaints , really I had the best stay. Only suggestion would be to add Fridge in rooms which would be a huge bonus for this property. I did make use of the general fridge upstairs tho to keep some drinks cold.

Coup de cœur ! J’ai été charmé !
Le manque de sourire du personnel et ne pas m’avoir prévenu de prendre rdv pour un massage au spa.
