The location & view from the balcony were EXCEPTIONAL. We spent most of our time in the apartment sitting on the balcony soaking in the view of the sea and the lively activity along the beach & shoreline. The apartment was very spacious and had all the features we needed, including a strong WI-FI. Easy walk to all the local amenities, beach was 3 min across the street!! Tram & bus provided easy access to old Nice & the Port.
Furnishing was a little dated and/or rustic, not always the most comfortable. The only issue with the balcony was the fold out canopy... the extendable arms were very stiff and rusted making it difficult to operate each day... it took two of us to open and close each morning & night.
