the property has a very nice location and the view from the terrace is very beautiful
the apartment is very poorly refurbished and obviously need an update. it is very disappointing that no investment has been done in such an apartment at an amazing location

location
had to pick up the keys in another area away from the apartment. it was communicated by message in an unpolite manner. it costed me in terms of taxi, as I could not take the tram from the airport any longer, since I had to pick up the keys far from the apartment. My flight was late, instead of 7pm it landed at 10pm. Still not a reason to tell me 'i have other commitments, that's how it is". totally inacceptable. If there are time constraints they need to be signalled, and there are ways to use key boxes or closer locations to the apartment to pick up the keys
the sofa bed extremely uncomfortable, not good enough for an apartment meant to be for 4 people, so two people expected to sleep on it.
