위치 훌륭함 - 숙소 바로 앞 트램 정류장 있음. 숙소에서 도보 2~3분 거리 해변. 3~5분 거리에 슈퍼마켓이 있고 평점 높은 빵집도 있음. 사장님 친절함. 도보 2~3분 거리 유료주차장 무료 이용 가능.
샤워실 배수에 약간의 문제 있음. - 처음에는 물이 잘 빠지나, 머리카락이 조금만 있어도 물이 고이기 시작함. 샤워 후 매번 배수구 머리카락 정리해야함. 내부 청결 상태는 양호하지만 약간 낡은 느낌 있음. 그러나 지내기에는 불편함이 없음

Die Wohnung war sehr gut gelegen und ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz in der benachbarten Tiefgarage war ideal. Die Straßenbahn fährt vor dem Haus in die Stadt.
Das Schlafzimmer war sehr eng, das Bett nur von einer Seite zugänglich.

Its a tight elevator to get bikes into.

30-40 minutes walk on a Promenade to the city centre. 5 to the beach. 2 groceries in 2 minutes. Sea view. Everything what you need for living. Perfect price-quality.
No oven, but it’s not a big deal
