Iso ja valoisa asunto joka oli myös siisti. Tervetuliaislahja oli kiva yllätys. Erinomainen sijainti rantaa ajatellen. Peruspalvelut lähellä (esim ruokakauppa, leipomo, raitiovaunu).

Olisin odottanut että asunnossa olisi tarpeeksi hygieniatarvikkeita että niitä ei olisi itse tarvinnut ostaa. Mielestäni jääkaapissa voisi aina olla yksi pullo vettä seuraavalle majoittajalle.

The accommodation was fabulous, very well stocked for all your needs if cooking is your thing, it was spacious and very comfortable but the most amazing thing is the view. Nicolas and his team were great at keeping in touch before and after we arrived, even arranging for a earlier check in.

Nice apartment located on the 1st floor in a building on the 1st line. Wonderful view from the windows to the sea. The apartments are well stocked: there are enough beds, towels, kitchen equipment. Near children's hospital, underground public parking, grocery stores within walking distance.

To receive the keys, I fulfilled all the requirements of the owner: I called on the phone more than 1 hour in advance, warned of my arrival, arrived at a time convenient for the owner. But the cleaner would not let me into the apartment. The apartment contained the belongings of the previous tenants, the apartment was not cleaned. The cleaner kindly allowed us to bring in our luggage and demanded to leave the apartment for 2.5 hours. My family and I were forced to wander around the city for 2.5 hours. Also, the apartment is poorly cleaned. I got an unwashed floor, wet, foul-smelling rags in the closet, and a dirty refrigerator. Also the blinds on the windows are very dirty. The door can be locked with all locks only from the inside. From the outside, it closes only with a latch. With the windows open, there was a terrible noise day and night from the road, hospital workers, and a night restaurant on the beach. If you have children, this is very uncomfortable. The internet speed is very slow.
