The location (which was more quiet than being closer to Old Town & not as many people on the beach) and convenience. The stay had 2 AC units which was fantastic. Everything you needed to cook, clean and launder were provided. The apartment also including beach umbrellas, mats, iron/ironing board, drying rack and regular umbrellas.
We could never find the switch to turn on the chandelier….I’m sure it was user error 😆

Excellent stay in Nice! The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, comfortable, and felt like home. Great location with a tram station just 50 meters away and direct access to the airport. Zita was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. This will definitely be our first choice when we return to Nice. Looking forward to staying here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Probably the apartment that we stayed didn't have a balcony to enjoy the view of the sea and sip a cup of coffee.

Gdybym ponownie planowała przyjazd do Nicei, zarezerwowałabym ten obiekt chętnie po raz kolejny. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, piękny widok i plaża do drugiej stronie ulicy. Obok restauracja z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem. W apartamencie bardzo czysto, ładnie i klimatycznie. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Nie mam zastrzeżeń i polecam.

Very good position, just on promenade des anglais
There is no serious air conditioning. The bedroom was extremely small, and there was just one portable air conditioner, very noisy and very inefficient. Sleeping there was not really pleasant.
The house was sufficiently clean, but not very clean. Bad smell coming from the bathroom.
Not sure that the bed linens of the sofa bed had been changed. They did not smell well.
The entrance door had no handle, it could be opened only with the key. This is not safe.
