Very good location. Only 2 tram stations away from the high street and 3 stations from vieux Nice. Very convenient. Direct line to reach airport! Little supermarket, bakery, pharmacy around the corner. Aircon in the living room. Big flat for a short stay with lift and a little balcony. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Additional separate toilet from the bathroom so convenient when you come as a family.
Wifi doesn’t work properly. No TV as not connected to Internet Quite a lot personal stuff from the owner which makes it a little awkward to live in the flat but that is just a personal taste. Upstairs neighbor noisy from early morning (6am) to late evening (12pm-1am)

Great locatioon lovely flat, great host. We had a wonderful time. Seaside in minutes and aircon was so appreciated
The shower was a bit hard to keep nice, the curtain kept falling off and the cubicle very small, but all in all still a good experience

Everything was excellent! The apartment was very clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The host was friendly, responsive, and made our stay truly enjoyable. We felt at home and would definitely stay here again.
