Location is absolutely perfect and only a couple of minutes to the beach and promenade.
View of the Mediterranean from the balcony was a huge plus.

We were great by local staff called Michael...extremely friendly guy. Easy to approach and provide great information to us.
Location was great as well. Like one minute walk from metro. Easy access to beach, to town.
Apartment was really cozy, have everything that we needed.
Alberto the owner was very friendly as well. He checked with us after first night how was our night. We told me A bit chill in the night and he provide a mini heater to us that day, great gesture.
Would highly recommend and if I ever come to Nice again I will definitely stay here again.
