BEAUTIFUL renovated apartment ,NEXT TO THE BEACH ! AIR-C, FREE PARKING!

Check in was easy! Instructions was clear and simple. Apartment was lovely. Clean and kitted out for a family. Location was also great!

Walls thin.., we were wakened by neighbor 'having Very Loud fun 😉' at night, and had to explain that to our 9year old🙈 🫣

Интернет, пользовались своим мобильным, поскольку постоянно пропадал, кровати / в одной комнате 1 двухспальная кровать супер, во второй , которая она же кухня есть диван, из под него надо достать выезжающий матрас , не очень комфортно Парковка, нашли благо дело, но стоит сначала пройтись пешком, потом только заезжать машиной

The location is great! The apartment is so close to facilities (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc) and to the beautiful Promenade des Anglais. Katya was available for any question we had.

Bathroom door difficult to open, blocked in the middle. Sleeping sofa with part on the floor very uncomfortable. It was written "free parking". There were parking spaces in front of the house but you never find one. The parking house nearby is 25 Euros per day. Otherwise you have to pay hourly on the street. The apartment also claims to have a pool. But it is the public swimming hall of the city of Nice. It is in the vicinity, NOT part of the apartment.
