At the beginning I couldn't believe that this place is real; considering the building itself (waow!), size of the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. But to be honest, reality is even better than the photos!
Ok location is just a bit far from the city center and there is a hill to receive however if you are with a car (like us) these are not even problems. Besides, parking is free.
For sure I will stay there again if I visit Nice with my family again.

L'appartement était bien équipé et l'emplacement idéal ! Très calme malgré la proximité du centre-ville. L'hôte était aimable et réactif. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour beaucoup !

The host was very kind and friendly, we already miss her. They have a funny and friendly dog and very beautiful cat. The place itself is amazing.
From our side it wasn't an issue since we like to walk plus we rent a car, but for some people it may be difficult to get there, because you have to go up from the promenade.
