The apartment was spacious, clean, and bright. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the little balcony. The shower/laundry room was large and modern. The location is excellent, with easy access to the promenade, stores, bakeries, cafes, and the tram.
There’s no AC, so warm days can be very warm. We could not get the window open in the TV room which made the room uncomfortable to use. There’s no Wi-fi. It is a third floor walk-up, so while we enjoyed the exercise, those with mobility issues should be aware that there’s no elevator.

Apartment is well located and easily accessible from Nice airport by either taxi (overpriced not recommended) or by tram. Clean and functional apartment but had some limitations.
Key collection must be before 10 pm so that lack of flexibility means it is not suitable for late evening arrivals or if flights are delayed. We also found the beds uncomfortable and had difficultly sleeping. Could also benefit from air conditioning. We would not stay at this apartment again with the same beds.

I liked the location which was 5 minutes away from the beach. We had lots of supermarkets and coffee shops, restaurants, etc around.
My only issue was the bathroom, it was small. But it didn’t affect anything, as long as it’s clean and convenient.
