Amazing location of the property. Fairly large accommodation (100% value for money). Very comfortable, very well equipped, was exactly (if not better) than described. We had a wonderful stay and 100% recommend this property!!

The apartment is located well, central and near the promenade. Towels and sheets provided were all new, the level of cleanliness was an achievement.
The apartment is not suited for off season stays when the weather is cold: the ACs are not reversible and 2 out of the 3 existing electrical heaters did not work. While it overlooks rue de la Californie, it does not receive direct sunlight so there is a bit of humidity. The kitchen equipment needs improvement: no water boiler, very few of the available pots and pans are induction compatible. The wifi did not work so the manager brought in a mobile modem but we had to deal with a lot of people (technical assistance, people from the managing company etc) coming and going in the first two days, but at the end we were not left without internet.
