About this apartment rental
A charming two-bedroom apartment with terrace located on the famous Promenade des Anglais, with direct access to the beach.
Space
IMPORTANT : Major renovations took place in March 2025.
Air conditioning was installed in all rooms, all bedding was changed, and the apartment was repainted.

Located on the ground floor, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, full air-conditioned, space, terrace, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...
This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a second bedroom with a truckle bed, bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC, opened kitchen on the living room with TV and access to the terrace.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
The underground parking is in a nearby building, 5 minutes walk.
Access
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood
The apartment is close to the beach and the Promenade des Anglais, Nice International Airport and the Tramway line (Magnan stop) to reach the city center in a few minutes.
Walk accross the street and you will arrive on the beach. You will also find many shops in the immediate neighborhood. (bakery, supermarket, banks, restaurants etc)
Walk along the Promenade des Anglais for 25 minutes and you will arrive in the Old Town, the historic and lively area of Nice.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Magnan. Journey takes only 20 minutes and this stop is 200m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Train station « Nice Ville » is 2km away, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
You can come in Nice by car and park in the streets around or in one of the public parking of the city. Closest one is Parking Magnan, only 450m away from the apartment.
IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :
For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.
The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.

Good location along the waterfront and near the tram. The unit was recently renovated as the listing said but except for the bathroom, which was still old. Overall, it was comfortable for our family of 3. There is a clothes washer but no detergent was provided and only 1 roll of toilet paper was given for a 4 night stay. Also, its worth noting that the tap water has a bad taste and was not drinkable. There was no water filter and we had to buy bottled water to drink during our stay. Our biggest complaint was the primary bedroom has an AC unit that make a loud grinding noise every 30-60 minutes when it is draining water, which made sleeping with it on difficult. We had to turn it off which made the room hot at night. We notified the host but they told us it was normal and did not offer any help. However, the noise definitely did not sound normal nor was it possible sleep with the unit on. The patio is nice but mosquitos were bad so we did not use it. Lastly, after booking via VRBO, the host company reached out using their own website and WhatsApp for communication. They also ask for payment through 3rd party service, including a large security deposit. This is something that is often done by scammers so I was uneasy about proceeding with the stay on a platform other than VRBO, however I called VRBO and they assured me it was legitimate. The process still seemed clunky and should've just been kept within VRBO for simplicity and security sake.

The location was perfect but the apartment wasn’t that clean and a bit old.
The second bedroom has a small bed that’s not really comfortable.
