Butas labai jaukus, didelis balkonas-terasa su lauko baldais ir puikiu vaizdu į jūrą. Puikiai įrengta virtuvė su visa reikalinga buitine technika ir kitais reikmenimis. Labai patogi buto lokacija, paprastas ir patogus susisiekimas tramvajumi su bet kuria miesto vieta.
Vienintelis dalykas ko man pritruko, tai normalios rūbų spintos, kurioje galima būtų sukabinti drabužius, nes buvo daugiau įvairių lentynų.

Le bruit de l'avenue (circulation voitures/bus). Portes vitrées peu isolantes du bruit. Pas d'accès aux chaînes TV / Box non fonctionnelle Ne pas avoir été clairement informée de devoir appeler un hôte 30 minutes avant mon arrivée pour récupérer les clés (mention rédigée en anglais et petite ligne)
