This is a nice little apartment, clean and well-kept. AC worked and it has a washer. David was extremely easy to deal with and very accommodating. Easy access to train.
I don't do small elevators and the 7 flights of stairs almost killed me. Building is a bit sketchy and we didn't feel super comfortable walking around in the evening.

Everything about the property was perfect. David’s instructions to get the keys etc were spot on and he was very kind and helpful. The tram stop is just outside the building, my favourite boulangerie is 2 mins walk as is the promenade. The balcony was perfect for brekkie as the sun shone and for drying the laundry. The kitchen had everything you need and the flat was very comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

Unreal location, the tram stop was right outside, so convenient for accessing central Nice!
