Logement très bien placés, entre la plage et plusieurs restaurants. Parking payant et sécurisé à 1 minute à pied.
La petite terrasse intimiste permet de profiter de l’air paisible de Nice sans vis-à-vis.

The location was great, right next to the tram and the beach which was great. The room was cozy, and was good for a short stay, and it does match the photos of the layout of the room exactly. Overall, it was a great location and comfy and well priced for what we got. I liked the little sitting area, it was cute. The hosts were nice too and responded quickly.
Because it was a short stay it wasn't bad, but the smell of the blankets/towels smelled very humid, and things wouldn't dry at all, that was a bit bothersome while we slept, but not unbearable. Plants and decorations were cute, but they kept falling over and getting in the way. The walls are thin with the other room FYI. The terrace was cute, but we couldn't use it due to the pigeon poop and smell, and the jacuzzi was nice, but needs to be cleaned between uses/people I think as the jets spit out black stuff (the showerhead was great and we stuck to using that to shower).

"Cost, clean, kitchenette was equipped, toiletries provided, nice coffee and a coffee machine, the decor was pretty, the bed, pillow and duvet was very comfy. The WiFi was very good !"
