El apartamento es muy práctico, cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario. Está ubicado en una esquina y cuenta con el tranvía justo al lado para desplazarse al centro o al aeropuerto. También el paseo marítimo a la vuelta. Además, una excelente pastelería justo en la misma esquina. Muy recomendable.

A la hora de buscar las llaves puede resultar un poco lioso, puesto que no está en el mismo edificio y si vas cargado con una maleta, sin conocer la zona te puedes liar, aunque el propietario facilita la ubicación con algunas imágenes.

We really liked our stay. The apartment itself is nice, and the location worked well for us, but there are serious maintenance and safety issues that the owner needs to fix. - The apartment is generally good and comfortable. - Location is close to the sea, which we enjoyed. - It’s not in the very center, but with a tram or taxi you can get there easily. For my purpose of the trip, the area was fine.

The apartment feels not cared for or regularly checked by the owners. - Kitchen equipment is poor: we had to buy a knife and some tools just to be able to make breakfast. - The dishwasher did not work, and this was not mentioned in the listing. - When we entered, one door handle broke off immediately. - A serious issue: one of us got stuck in the bathroom because the door wouldn’t open, even though it wasn’t locked. We had to contact the host to send someone to help. This was very stressful and could be dangerous if a person is staying alone. - There is only one set of keys, even for two guests, which makes logistics harder. - Key pickup is two blocks away. It was manageable for us because we were two people, but it would be difficult for someone alone with luggage. - The building often smelled of smoke in the common areas, and nothing seemed to be done about it.

Location to the promenade.

It was our first time to go for an air b & b type accommodation and I'm sorry to say it will be our last. We arrived after 6 pm. and had to navigate a very strange setup to access our keys! However, the host did assist by our phone. But we thought OK this must be how it's done! But when we got to the accommodation we found a very mediocre apartment, badly in need of paint. The facilities were adequate, but to our amazement, the toilet bowl was in need of either a deep clean or total replacement. I was surprised that this accommodation as advertised on booking .com was rated so high. Someone needs to visit to assure the would be holiday makers that this accommodation meets the basic standards.
