Studio elegant avec balcon proche Mer et Tramway

Clean and tram stop right outside . Local restaurants and Boulangerie. Swim 5 minutes away

Was traffic noise, more noticeable at night. Could have done with a drying rack ( I couldn’t find one) and a small pan and paring knife

The studio was absolutely spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for our stay, including coffee capsules, laundry detergent, fresh towels, drinking water, and even a lovely fresh aroma throughout the apartment. We really appreciated all the little details that made us feel so comfortable and welcome. The host was incredibly hospitable, and communication was smooth and easy from beginning to end. They speak English very well, which made everything even more convenient.

Honestly, we had a wonderful stay and there was nothing we disliked. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized.

Fully renovated apartment and very clean. It has everything that you need for your stay and air-conditioning works great. Communication with owner was quite fast, answering all our enquires. We had an issue with the apartment and was immediately picked up and solved on the same day. The apartment is conveniently located near the beach, a supermarket nearby, fruit and vegetable store and even a butcher. There are several restaurants in the area and you are within 15 minutes in the city center with the tram which stop is half a block away.

The street is quite noisy all night. They provide earplugs and that was enough to dampen the noise of the street so we had no isuees sleeping.
