Studio elegant avec balcon proche Mer et Tramway

Die Größe war top und Lage weiter oben im Haus. Cool war die Details in der Wohnung, wie Waschpulver, Kaffeekapseln, Wasser, Gewürze und Schoki 🙂 Außerdem liegt die Straßenbahnstation sehr nahe und der Strand samt Beachclub direkt ums Eck.

Fully renovated apartment and very clean. It has everything that you need for your stay and air-conditioning works great. Communication with owner was quite fast, answering all our enquires. We had an issue with the apartment and was immediately picked up and solved on the same day. The apartment is conveniently located near the beach, a supermarket nearby, fruit and vegetable store and even a butcher. There are several restaurants in the area and you are within 15 minutes in the city center with the tram which stop is half a block away.

The street is quite noisy all night. They provide earplugs and that was enough to dampen the noise of the street so we had no isuees sleeping.

Great location. Very close to the airport, about 5 tram stations away and you are almost in front of the building. Studio is equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and an ironing machine in case you need to iron some of your packed clothes. Fully functional kitchen as well and a large fridge which you can stock with all the types of cheeses you find at the local supermarkets :D 1 min away from beach and promenade. Quick connections to the train stations and city center.

The windows, even though they look great, don't isolate well, so it was quite noisy at night. The host did provide us with earplugs, which was very nice, but if you are a light sleeper, it might not be for you. I am a heavy sleeper, so it did not bother me that much, but just to keep in mind. This did not affect our experience and would still recommend the location.

One of the best vacation stays I have ever had in Nice! I absolutely loved the place, really close to the sea and super clean.
