BEACHSIDE SUITE PANORAMIC - PROMENADE HOLIDAY

Kleines, typisch französisches Appartement. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Kurzaufenthalt (5 Tage) benötigt (Küchenausstattung, Badutensilien, Balkonmöbel, Raumausstattung). Traumhafter Blick, bequemes Bett, mehrere Boulangerien und Supermarkt in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen, ebenso Bus und Tram. Aufgrund der direkt am Haus verlaufenden Straße muss man natürlich mit Verkehrslärm rechnen, sodaß man nachts das Fenster schließen sollte - aber der traumhafte Blick läßt einen den Lärm überhören. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war sehr nett, wir fühlten uns gut betreut und es war kein Problem für uns, den Schlüssel ca. 20 Gehminuten oder 2 Busstationen die Promenade entlang abzuholen, ganz wie man möchte.

Excellent location. Good instructions on picking up the keys. Great facilities in the kitchen. Can't ask for much more in Nice, it's a beach front location with full self catering facilities at a great price. Everything was nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone.

Only slight negative is the traffic noise, but given the beach location on the promenade front all properties are like that, Nice City just needs to enforce the 50kmph limit better, reduce the amount of lanes down and sound restrict bikes/scooters.

The room is dated, dirty walls (somebody’s footprints on wall near bed). It needs a good clean and new pillows on bed. The couch was also broken so you couldn’t sit comfortably at it. The air conditioner isn’t big enough for the space, one night it was very hot and it stopped working. The staff were helpful and got fixed the next day. I would prefer a more central location.
