Die Wohnung und Ausstattung entspricht den Fotos. Der Einrichtung ist die Vermietung anzumerken., sie ist zum Teil etwas abgewohnt. Dafür ist der Ausblick fantastisch. Die Straße und der vorgelagerte Beachclub sind im Wohnzimmer recht laut. Im hinteren Zimmer aber o.k. und dafür wohnt man direkt am Strand. Die Tram hat eine Haltestelle (Fabron) direkt am Hintereingang, so dass Flughafen und Innenstadt schnell und einfach zu erreichen sind. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind ebenfalls direkt hinter dem Haus.

Der Hintereingang ist der einzige barrierefreie Zugang. Er wurde zu anderen Zeiten geschlossen, als es ausgewiesen war. Beim Rollstuhl mussten die vorderen Räder abmontiert werden, um einsteigen zu können. Es gibt zwei Fahrstühle, aber beide sind sehr klein und je nach Rollstuhlgröße nicht nutzbar.

The location is excellent. The apartment is right across from the sea—just cross the road and you're at the beach. Public transportation is very convenient, with both tram and bus stops right in front of the property. You can easily reach the city center by tram or bus, or enjoy a pleasant 20–30 minute walk.

Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, and the property matched the description perfectly. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I couldn't find anything to complain about and would happily stay here again.

La vue est très bien, l'appartement est bien situé géographiquement. Le réveille le matin était super avec le soleil qui rentre bien dans l'appartement.

Le bruit de la route principale et trop de bruit le matin avant 8h des voisins.
