Air-conditioned apartment with garage near the sea

Sehr gut ausgestattet, zentrale Lage, relativ ruhig, obwohl „über den Dächern von Nizza“ Flugverkehr herrscht

Der lange Weg von der Garage über Treppen zum Haus, zusätzlich nochmals eine Treppe zum 1.Stock zum Aufzug. Den Aufzug nutzen wir nur fürs Gepäck bei An- und Abreise. Wenn man über 70 ist erfordert das eine gewisse Fitness.

Mainio sijainti pysäkin, kaupan ja leipomon lähellä. Talo todella kauniin aidatun puutarhan ympäröimä. Näkymä asunnon parvekkeelta uskomattoman kaunis. Hieno keittiö ja kylpyhuone. Koko asunto oli erittäin siisti.

Toisen makuuhuoneen kerrossänky oli odotettua huonompi. Patja oli upottava ja sänky natisi häiritsevästi.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, Promenade/Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentlicher Verkehr (Bus & Tram) sind ganz in der Nähe. Schöne, gepflegte Residenz mit Naherhohlungseffekt. Die Wohnung ist sauber, zweckmässig ausgestattet und geräumiger als erwartet. Die Parkplatzsituation ist in dieser Residenz - wie in der ganzen Stadt - schwierig. Die Buchung der zusätzlich angebotenen Garage ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Es hat eine Geschirrspülmaschine -> etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck wäre vorteilhaft.

A wonderful, extremely clean, and well maintained apartment. There is everything one may need, the rooms are spacious enough, and the beds are really comfortable. The location is very convenient - 15 minutes to the airport, or 10 minutes to the centrum by public transport. There is a Carrefour City supermarket, and a wonderful bakery a few steps away. The host is very kind and helpful. She has been answering my questions within a minute or two.

Ineffective heating. The bedrooms have small radiators connected to central heating. The radiators were hardly warm on a relatively cold November day (5-10 degrees) and the bedrooms were cold. I was advised by the host to use the air conditioners in the other 2 rooms to heat the apartment, but the air conditioners were not powerful either to warm entire space. They switch off if turned on high fan speed. Everything was fine on our 3rd day, when the temperature outside became 14 degrees. Since the central heating is out of user control, I would recommend the host to find an alternative solution, especially for the bedrooms. There is ambient noise in the entire area from the nearby highway. It would not bother us, but might be disturbing for people wanting to sleep in silence with windows open.
