Wir sind sehr zufrieden. In der Wohnung war alles, was man braucht, und sie war sehr sauber. Der Strand ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Geschäfte, Restaurants und eine Apotheke sind ganz in der Nähe. Das Zentrum ist mit der Straßenbahn in 4 Haltestellen erreichbar. Auch der Flughafen ist mit der Straßenbahn in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Emilian war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme gerne wieder!
Für vier Personen war die Wohnung etwas klein.

Emilian is amazing host, instantly responding, responsible, super helpful, very welcoming. You feel at home and safe. Very clean, kitchen is well stoked, nice bathroom. Place is perfect for a short stay near the beach -- literally 200 steps to the promenade and to the water. Wonderful French market store downstairs. Tram is at the door, to airport and to the Old Town and Port. Building is well maintained, elevator, locked doors, trash room, no problems whatsoever.

No key safe, so check-in/check-out needs to be arranged in advance One room faces the highway, so windows are best kept closed Parking outside is very limited; the private garage is quite narrow for larger cars (e.g., SUVs)
