Appartement cosy avec grande terrasse

The living area is pleasantly quiet, with many shops within walking distance. Traveling is very convenient, as there is a train station nearby, as well as trams and buses just a 5-minute walk away. My personal favorite was the Super U next door. The sea is about 20 minutes away (10 minutes by tram and 10 minutes walking), which was perfect for me since I used to stay further from the sea. I usually took a bus to visit the Chagall museum, but it is also possible to walk there, which takes about half an hour. The apartment is on the ground floor (I initially thought it was higher). The rooms are not very large, but everything is clean and new. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a good fridge and a terrace with a table, which made cooking and eating outside enjoyable. There is a quality coffee machine, a kettle, and all necessary kitchen equipment. There is an AC in the kitchen, which is separated by a curtain, so you can maintain a comfortable temperature without having it blow directly on you. The bathroom is also very new and well-maintained. Overall, I think this apartment offers great value for the money. The host is responsive and caring, and the studio provides more privacy compared to other room options. It would be suitable for one person or a couple looking for a budget-friendly place that still enjoys a good location and convenient travel options (by train) to other cities.
