PLUSY: 1. Dobra lokalizacja (łatwy dojazd z lotniska, bardzo blisko pociągu). 2. Blisko do sklepów. 3. Ładny balkon. 4. Mieszkanie czyste, zadbane. 5. Właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna.
MINUSY 1. Mieszkanie ABSOLUTNIE nie jest przystosowane do pobytu tam latem. Nie ma klimatyzacji, jest jeden mały wiatrak (który nie daje rady). Podobno właścicielka czeka na zgodę spółdzielni na możliwość montażu klimatyzacji, ale do tego czasu nie polecam przy wysokich temperaturach. Po założeniu klimatyzacji mogłabym tam wrócić. 2. Niewygodne łóżko i zbyt wysokie poduszki do spania.

Really smart little studio and really lovely, helpful, responsive host who even apologised for the weather! Not a bad distance from old nice and the port (both 15 - 20 mins walk)
The sofa bed isn’t very comfortable. The host has tried to improve matters with a mattress topper, which does help but you can still feel the various divides between sections. It was great value for Nice, though, so…
