Bathroom was nice

Place felt a bit small and bed-sofa was small and not so comfortable. Surrounding neighborhood was just ok if I can express myself that way. (I travel a lot, on average 50 flights per year so I have pretty solid base of sleep-overs to compare with).

Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte - sogar Spül- und Waschmaschine. Das hat den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Die Klimaanlage war bei unsere Ankunft defekt aber dies wurde so sofort vom Vermieter transparent gemacht und die Klimaanlage wurde bereits nach wenigen Stunden repariert. Der Vermieter war diesbezüglich extremst bemüht um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste. Es gab vielfältiges Infomaterial bei der Ankunft, in welchem sogar eine Postkarte und ein Magnet enthalten waren.

Die Nachbarn und die Stimmung im Haus sind sehr dubios. So kam zum Beispiel ein etwas aufdringlicher ungepflegter deutlich alkoholisierter Mann zu uns in den Aufzug. Auch die anderen Gestalten, denen man in dem Haus begegnete passten in ein ähnliches Bild, sodass man sich als Frau nicht alleine in die Wohnung rein und raus traut. Die Wohnung ist außerdem in einem eher ungepflegten Viertel und wenn man nicht gerade zum Hauptbahnhof möchte muss man ein wenig Zeit in die Hand nehmen um beispielsweise zur Promenade des Anglais zu kommen.

Dichtbij treinstation en bushalte (op 5min van Nice Ville met de trein). Rustige buurt. Heel proper en verzorgde accomodatie. Airco werkte uitstekend.

Het gebouw op zich was niet heel proper vergeleken de accomodatie maar daar valt weinig aan te doen. Een constante wietgeur in het gebouw aanwezig maar deze kwam niet tot in de accomodatie/terras.

The location at Nice was excellent, even though the apartment is not close to the sea. However, it is a quiet, super clean and extremely inclusive apartment, with features one would expect (dishwasher, full oven) from a much bigger flat. The balcony is an awesome addition. Connection to the city centre is very easy, just a short bus ride or a walk, if you feel like it. The hosts were always responsive and helpful, communication was seamless. Supermarkets are a 3 minute walk away.

The sofa bed mattress could probably benefit from a foam cover so as to make it more comfortable. Otherwise, an outstanding value for money stay.
