El apartamento es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario y cuenta con un baño muy amplio. La joya de la corona es la terraza; nos encantó y las cenas allí a la luz de la luna valen un mundo. El sofá cama es grande y se duerme estupendamente bien. Además, el edificio cuenta con ascensor directo desde el parking privado, seguro y numerado que está en el interior, lo cual es un auténtico lujo. Lorenzo, el anfitrión, es superamable y da unas instrucciones sencillísimas para acceder a la propiedad. Está situado en una zona tranquila a unos 30 minutos caminando del centro de Niza.
Todo estuvo perfecto y cumplió con lo que buscábamos. Por detalles de la distribución, la cama es un sofá cama, pero como es grande y comodísimo no supuso ningún problema para descansar de diez.
