Sunny studio with Terrace

We stayed at the accommodation during the first week of April and had a very positive experience. We especially liked the location — it was just a 2–3 minute walk from the train station and about a 15-minute walk from the sea. The area was pleasant, and there were plenty of shops nearby, which was very convenient. The accommodation was well equipped. We particularly appreciated having an iron and ironing board available, which is a great plus when travelling with limited luggage. The kitchen also had enough glasses, cutlery, and other useful items for the stay. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this accommodation.

One small area for improvement would be the cleanliness. While the accommodation was generally fine, it was not perfectly clean, especially when it came to the tiles. It would also be a nice touch to provide indoor slippers in a few different sizes, as this would make the stay even more comfortable.

Self check in funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Lage war ok. Das Bett war angenehm und es gab einen Balkon.

Wir hätten uns viel mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht. Die Handtücher rochen als wenn sie 3 Tage in der Waschmaschine lagen. Auch am Abend fühlte man sich nicht so angenehm. Die Lage ist sehr laut.

夜も音がうるさい

Posizione ottima per vedere una parte di Nizza meno turistica. Messi pubblici, boulangerie, supermarket tutti a portata di mano. Strategico il terrazzino.

Scarsa pulizia, prese elettriche non in sicurezza, non c’è aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore. Abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico del wc e non ce l’hanno sistemato prima del checkout.
