-Logement très facile d’accès avec des consignes claires données, un service de conciergerie disponible et réactif
-Logement très propre, cosy et calme. Petit mais très fonctionnel parfait pour deux
-Une climatisation qui fonctionne très bien
-gare de Nice riquier juste à 3 minutes à pied, très pratique pour se rendre à Monaco et Cannes durant le séjour
-Rapport qualité prix excellent
-Un peu excentré du centre mais facilement rejoignable par le tram situé à 5-10 minutes à pied
-Lit un peu petit pour deux

Close to Vauban bus station and Nice Riquier train station.
It's possible to walk to the old town, takes about 30 minutes.
Has a balcony although the view is of a petrol station.
The shower was super. Clean and comfortable
Smelt slightly of stale smoke which disappeared when the doors had been open a while.
