Comunicarea deficitara cu proprietarul

La ubicación no está nada mal. Se puede caminar a la playa/Old Nice con facilidad. Para una pareja el departamento está muy bien. El sillón es lo más cómodo, y el departamento estaba limpio. El piso cuenta con ascensor y es fácil de ubicarlo. Es muy silencioso así que se puede dormir sin ruidos molestos.

El colchón es muy incómodo, al dormir se hunde en el lado de quien pesa más, haciéndolo incómodo para el otro. La potencia de agua en la ducha no es la mejor y las toallas podrían ser más nuevas. La cocina está bien, pero diría que se podría equipar mejor, aunque nosotros ni la usamos!

Die Wohnung war komfortabel. Es liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hafen und der Altstadt entfernt. Es war sehr sauber und mit den Grundlagen für einen guten Aufenthalt

Das Thema, einen Parkplatz zu finden, war definitiv der Tiefpunkt. Es gibt mehrere Parkplätze vor der Wohnung, aber sie sind 99% der Zeit besetzt. Wir müssen lange auf einen Ort in der Nähe warten oder mehrere Blocks von der Wohnung entfernt parken. Um fair zu sein, wird die Wohnung nicht mit Parkplätzen angekündigt, aber es ist wichtig, bei der Planung eines Besuchs zu wissen

The place is perfectly fine as long as you are very relaxed and don't have excessive expectations. Things will work out well eventually. Host may be slow to reply but will do so in the end. And the location is great.

Everything worked in the end, but you may find these tips helpful: you will have to ask for entry instructions yourself, maybe a few times, but don't get stressed, you will get the message from the host eventually. Same with wifi password and bedlinen - just keep asking for them. Toilet flush and shower do look like they need urgent maintenance, but they still somehow work. The place is mostly clean, but don't try the upper shelves in the wardrobe.
