Great location almost next to the harbour, but just around the corner so it was quiet and there was no passing traffic or disturbance. Great airconditioning kept it cool and comfortable even in the mid-summer heat outdoors.
Supermarket close and ofcourse all the services and restaurants (and diving) of the harbour area. Short walk also to the castle hill, Vieux-Nice etc.
Overall it was really comfortable and value for money also

L'amabilitat de la propietaria i l'equipament de l'apartament. També la ubicació. Tot com s'indicava a Booking. La propietaria va ser molt flexible en els horaris d'entrada i sortida i va haver molt bona comunicació. La porta funcionava perfectament, no com he vist que posava en alguns comentaris anteriors
La segona nit varem tenir música d'uns veïns fins a les 12 de la nit.

It's near to marine and you can catch easy buss to eze or monaco.
It's hard to unlock the front door, and we try around 30 minutes. The apartment is old and hot (air conditioner doesn'tworkwell). When we tried to make a coffee in the morning, the coffee machine was not cleaned and had mold inside.
