Lovely apartment with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The host is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is a heritage building with wooden shutters, balcony & a marble spiral staircase. The apartment interior is very modern and clean.
I loved everything and would choose to stay again. It is on the 3rd floor which was fine for us. Check in is restricted to daytime so can be difficult if you are delayed arriving as there is no self check in

The flat was lovely and clean, comfortable and just around the corner from the tram stop which is an excellent way to get about Nice. Communication with Lorella was excellent. We would highly recommend staying here
The only tiny detail we weren’t so keen on were the stairs to the property, but we were out all day and only really used them to come home at night
