The place was very clean and nice, in a nice building. The host was really nice and especially flexible. Communication was direct and easy and the host spoke good English so everything was easy with the keys. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Nice.

- owner was extremely friendly to me and he always responded when I had questions
- the studio is 15 minutes away by foot from the Palais des Expositions
- also close to public transports
- bakery, restaurants, groceries nearby as well
- you have a fridge, coffee machine, washing machine, WiFi...
- shower's sliding panels were a bit loose
