The host was very communicative and responsive throughout our stay. The location is excellent - right next to Nice Riquier train station and several bus stops, with supermarkets conveniently nearby. The apartment was well-equipped with everything you need, and the price-to-quality ratio is reasonable.

The bathroom layout is unusual - the toilet and bathroom are at opposite ends of the apartment, which takes some getting used to. The bathroom itself is inside the bedroom with no door, only a shower curtain, which is fine for couples or families but can feel uncomfortable if you’re travelling with friends. The sink is also located about a metre from the bed in the bedroom. There was a noticeable smell of damp/mould during our stay. Ventilation is also tricky - since the apartment is on the ground floor with windows directly onto the street, you can’t leave them open when no one is in, which means airing it out properly is difficult.

Perfekt boende för att utforska Cote D’Azur!! Mycket prisvärd studio som har allt man kan behöva. Värden är trevlig och hjälpsam. Lägenheten ligger nära både tågstation (med snabb förbindelse till både Monaco/Menton/Cannes) och nära bussatation med enkel förbindelse mot Nice centrum. Även på gångavstånd når man ett köpcentrum med stor mataffär. Smidig incheckning med nyckelbox.

Lägenheten ligger tyvärr på bottenplan och med en gångbana precis utanför fönstret. Tågräls på andra sidan om huset som hörs om man är ljudkänslig. Planlösningen var lite främmande för mig med toaletten och duschen/handfatet separat. Ingen dörr till duschen och duschen är bara ett par meter ifrån sängen som kan orsaka fuktighet som många andra recensioner nämner. Men för mig som soloresande var det inget större problem.

La proximité avec la gare est idéale pour visiter les alentours. La décoration est harmonieuse. Disposer de produits d'hygiène ainsi que des condiments, thé, café etc est très bienvenue pour des vacanciers. La communication avec l'hôte tres claire et agréable.

L'obscurité de l'appartement, l'odeur d'humidité et les fenêtres qui donnent directement accès sur le trottoir et les piétons.

The location is really good - just next to the train station. The host was really nice even tho she only texted in French so we had to use Translator for each message. Apartment is very well equipped with coffee machine and capsules and everything else you need. Blackout curtains were nice. Aircon in both rooms was good also.

I couldn’t get away with the smell of mold and puke. This was absolutely disgusting for me. But for this price range we couldn’t afford anything else close to the public transport. I can’t wait to wash all my clothes because the smell is in my hair and all suitcase. Bring allergy pills because you might need it inside the apartment.
