Come tipico in UK, le finestre non hanno buona tenuta, quindi a volte lasciano passare rumori e soprattutto aria fredda - il bagno era un po’ gelido la notte!

There was a major problem with the heat. This is not good in the winter

The location was very good to easily discover the city. The kitchen nicely equipped, and the washing machine was a good addition. We liked the living room area.

Had some trouble picking up the keys. It was solved at the end, but after a long travel spending more than an hour trying to get in touch with customer service, was not a very good experience. I am aware that the flat is in an old building, still for me it does not explain the condition which I found disappointing. The windows are dirty and in bad condition, barely possible to open. The shutters are broken, visibly have not been in use for ages. The storage, where the washing machine is, was really messy, and seems like the bedlinen (dirty or clean) from the previous guests remained there. The furnitures were also in quite bad condition, I feared the doors could fall off any time. The place overall was not superclean either..... Of course I put aside my disappointment, and enjoyed the city, but for me the accomodation is always an important part of the overall experience, according to Booking rating the place is fabulous.... well for me it is quite an exaggerated evaluation, the least to say......
