The process of having to send photo ID for all guest’s for a 2-3 star property rental for one night.In our days of identities being stolen it is not acceptable to ask for a photo of people’s passport to rent a room for one night. If the landlord is worried about his guests they should come and meet them in person. I would not have hired the place if I knew these terms. The photos shown on the website are very deceiving, nothing like the grim reality

The location. The beds were comfortable. Shower was hot.

The area and apartment looked and felt run down. The bedroom windows were filthy inside and out. The view of the castle was very restricted. The whole experience of arriving and the condition of the apartment felt disappointing considering what we paid for it. The shower is tiny!
