The location was excellent, walkable to all the historic areas and attractions and 2 blocks from the train station. The accomodation was clean and quiet. Some might find the bed too hard as we did. There was no hot water on the first night but we were able to reach the local contact who came over right away and fixed the problem. The local contact also met us at the train station and kindly walked us to the unit since the streets and directions in the city centre can get complicated. There was an issue regarding monies owed upon leaving and we found it hard to get an answer to our email inquiries from Expedia or the property management company. A phone call was requested due to the complication but none came and we weren't going to pay full day roaming charges for us to phone them. Again, the local rep, Ricardo, was helpful and all was solved by the time we left. Garbage and recycling disposal is not in the unit, but have to take the bags around the corner to public bins.
