Appartamento Alessia (SMN)

I had a great stay. Wherever I went in the city, I knew I could reach there in 15 mins max. The neighborhood was pretty stable, kind people around, no danger. The apartment was very clean, everything in their place and all very convenient. Gas, Washing machine, pretty obvious how to use. There were air conditioners - one in the bedroom The other in the living room. Wifi was strong and connected very fast. I worked a lot and never had any issue. IN THE CITY (not in the apartment) there are cockroaches in the evening because of very old sewage systems and high heat and humidity so I kept the windows closed at all times. AC was working properly and the apartment was cool at all times

Es ist eine Wohnung in einem Altbau und deshalb etwas dunkel.

The location is very convenient, close to the Station and yet within walking distance to the most attractions. The apartment is clean and comfortable and has everything that is needed, including a hair dryer and italian cofee maker. The bed is very comfortable. The host is comunicative and fiendly.

Some equipment could use refreshment or replacement, especially in the bathroom, but although it has its years, it is maintained clean.

Good location.very near to train station. Also not far from most popular places.

Bad service ! Staff was not friendly, lack of patient to our foreign people. Sometimes very rude. We are two ladies, we need another sheet. Because we can’t share a sheet. He forced us to pay extra 30 euros for another sheet. If we refuse, he asked us to go outside! But i have to say, he helped us carry luggage upstairs, and sent us a useful information. Otherwise, we stay for 4 nights, no house keeping service at all.
