The location is very convenient, close to the Station and yet within walking distance to the most attractions. The apartment is clean and comfortable and has everything that is needed, including a hair dryer and italian cofee maker. The bed is very comfortable. The host is comunicative and fiendly.
Some equipment could use refreshment or replacement, especially in the bathroom, but although it has its years, it is maintained clean.

This apartment has everything you need for a short stay in Florence and is in a great location. Its nice and spacious, comfortable and clean. Gregorio was an excellent host. Location is very central near all the hot spots. I would highly recommend a stay in this apartment if visiting Florence.

Good location.very near to train station. Also not far from most popular places.
Bad service ! Staff was not friendly, lack of patient to our foreign people. Sometimes very rude. We are two ladies, we need another sheet. Because we can’t share a sheet. He forced us to pay extra 30 euros for another sheet. If we refuse, he asked us to go outside! But i have to say, he helped us carry luggage upstairs, and sent us a useful information.
Otherwise, we stay for 4 nights, no house keeping service at all.
