Romantic Florence

I stayed here with my dad for his 50th birthday. The location was great was super convenient on a hot day when we had just gotten off the train. Proximity to the Santa Maria Novella parfumerie flagship was about 2 mins, and Uffizi Gallery was just over 10 minutes. The property was super clean, lots of teas and sugar. Air conditioning was fantastic (the kind that makes you feel cold on a hot day) and communication with the host was superb. We felt very welcomed and when any issues arose, Luigi was quick to solve them.

Only small point is the street noise - the motorbikes, loud shouting, and bin trucks led to a broken night’s sleep. As we were here for two nights, it wasn’t too big of a deal, but ambient outside noise was fairly loud.

It was cold inside, not enough toilet paper, no salt in kitchen

We were warmly welcomed by a friendly staff member who even helped us carry our luggage. The host was kind and responsive—any questions we had were answered quickly. The room was cozy, clean, and felt just like home. The kitchen was spotless and well-equipped, which made everything even more comfortable. Best of all, it’s just a 4-minute walk from the train station, so getting around was super convenient. I’d definitely stay here again next time!

The interior is charming! The apartment looks new and everything is super clean. It is visible that the owner cares of the apartment and his guests. Check-in went smoothly.

The apartment is located on the small street close to the city center which becomes very loud at night. The windows look new but somehow they do not protect from noise. It is impossible to sleep there at night due to constant screams of drunk young people moving around all night long. We even used earplugs but still could hear the noise from the street. Our day in Florence was unfortunately broken due to no sleep.
