Great location, so close to the train for exploring beyond Florence. The hotel front desk people were incredibly helpful and friendly. The place had its own entrance, minimal stairs, comfortable beds, large fridge and a nice terrace. A great set up for a family.
The front room did not have good access to WiFi. Very frustrating for the individuals in that room.

I loved all the windows and layout was nice for traveling with teenagers. The location was easy to get around city center in Florence. The hotel staff were all very welcoming and kind.
The AC units were not easy to figure out how to work. It took three employees to figure it out and teach us how to use them. I suggest you leave instructions for guests especially in summer. Beds were a little hard and pillows were flat.
