Location was excellent. Fit all of us in. Host was very fast to fix the issue we had with the shower.
The two single beds were hard. The pillows were bad and the lift wasn’t working when we checked out so we had to carry all our luggage down the stairs and there was a lot as we had been shopping.

The fact that it is double level. Had almost everything we needed while on vacation, like washing machine,dryer, iron, towels, extra blankets, soap, etc.

Great location, with easy transport from the airport via the tram. 10 minute walk to a lot of the sights in Florence.
WiFi often cut out, because of very weak signal. I think the router is shared between two apartments. Wasn’t able to watch the World Cup! Decor was a little cheap, some better furniture would make a massive difference.
