1.The apartment is advertised as having a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen. This is incorrect. There are only coin operated communal washing and drying facilities in the basement. The washing machines were filthy.
2. There were major noise issues with the occupants of the adjacent apartment, also run by the same company. This problem continued even after several complaints.
3.The apartment sleeps 3. There were only 2 teaspoons and 1 wineglass, and some of the plates were scratched and chipped.
4. The kitchen was not well stocked. There was no teatowel or sponge.
