The room was clean and cozy with a nice view into a typical Florentian street.
Room was very authentic with a beautiful wooden ceiling.
Stuff was courteous and extremely helpful.
Had a fun evening with the fellow travellers in the common area sharing our Italian experiences.

We felt right at home here, a perfect stay for a couple traveling (who got engaged in Florence this trip!!!) Gabriella was very friendly and chatted with us during breakfast. The breakfast is great and the rooftop is very nice to have. Be aware of the 80 steps to the top. We loved this place and will come back!

I enjoyed staying at II Bargello, the location was perfect, close to shops and landmarks. The communication was great, Mailen was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.
