The spa/pool area you have to reserve, doesnt work well when you have to reserve literally EVERYTHING else. The reason I booked this hotel was the be able to use these amenities and I never even has the chance. I won't be returning

This property had everything we needed for our stay in a fantastic location in the heart of Florence. Our room had plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen. There was just one thing: I bumped my head on a square piece of furniture sticking out over the luggage spot in the entrance hall. This could be reshaped or removed for the future. Very Kind staff! Excellent value!

The staff was helpful and responsive. The king suite was very large with a kitchen. The bed was comfortable and linens very fresh. Breakfast was tasty with a nice variety. The pool requires a reservation with the front desk and is so refreshing! There is a nice clean sauna also. The air conditioning was also lovely since it was very hot outside.
