Would highly recommend this property! Was my first time travelling somewhere alone and I would say I picked the perfect place to stay. The location was perfect, everything was with in walking distance. Ponte Vecchio bridge was about a 10 minute walk and The Duomo was about a 7 minute walk. The atmosphere surrounding the property was great. You couldn’t hear outside noise from the room. Staff were able to assist with any help via WhatsApp, and they were quick to do so. My room was very modern and clean and the bed was really comfortable. There were lots of nearby restaurants, dessert places, cafes (Viglio is a highly recommended place which has the famous afforgato) and the fotomatica (photo booths which are plotted around Florence) there was one about a 2 minute walk from the property, as well as Viglio. Local restaurants were affordable, and as a solo tourist, I found the area to be extremely safe and am definitely looking to visit again. I can’t recommend this property enough :)
As much as I loved the place, I didn’t expect there to be so many stairs, but the property itself was lovely, but I’d suggest guests to be mindful of this if they have lots of luggage and children.

Location is fantastic, the room is just as described, the bed is comfortable. It was easy to communicate with the property managers. Check in and out were easy and fast.
I would have liked a change of towels.
