Location and spaciousness.
Communication with staff was very poor after our arrival. We wrote a couple of times after we checked in, asking for more toilet paper and coffee capsules and didn't receive any response what so ever.

Good location
The apartment felt unwelcoming and in need of some love. Out on the balcony upkeep was required weeds in the pot plants etc. there was no dishwasher tablets and the sponge to wash up was so used and shriveled you would not use it on your dishes. The bathroom tap was temperamental.
