Fantastic location, very clean, great interior design. A good thing about the booking is that is a keyless entry, and all code based. To enter the main building and to then enter to apartment, then another code for your room. Maybe that’s why it’s called Coderooms, clever!
It could be just the moment we stayed or it’s temporary, but there was a smell from the drains in the shower. But walking around, it’s actually Florence itself. You’ll get the occasional wiff. So please don’t be alarmed or put off by the slight smell from the shower, it’s kinda normal. It’s not the apartment itself.

Excellent location comfortable bed and clean
In the middle of a heat wave anytime you left the room all power was off so a) could not charge anything and b) came back to a hot room each - very inefficient way to use air conditioning. Response from staff when we asked about it was dismissive bordering on rude.
