Love the decor. Loved how close it was to everywhere in Florence. Love the fact that we could leave our bags. Very clean.
It really would’ve been nice to have had some bottles of water or some form of drinking amenities eg kettle but everything else was excellent thank you very much

Centrally linked cares in the heart of city central. Short walk to main attractions in the city. Great communication.
I loved the stay. The place did not have a washer, but there was a laundromat just steps down the street that was very convenient to wash a load. I wish the AC cooled a little more. The force of the air was quite low.

Excellent location comfortable bed and clean
In the middle of a heat wave anytime you left the room all power was off so a) could not charge anything and b) came back to a hot room each - very inefficient way to use air conditioning. Response from staff when we asked about it was dismissive bordering on rude.
