Loved the decor and location.
No facilities to make coffee or tea. No iron.

Lovely and bright room in the heart of Florence. The team was most helpful with flexible check in and assisting us arranging parking.
Everything was great but I’d advise to provide a bottle of water in the fridge out of courtesy. Also mindful there’s about 54 steps to get to the floor. No lift.

Easy access, room was of a decent size, host was responsive.
We got locked out by another guest who decided to lock the front door from the inside so we were unable to gain access. Thankfully about 5-10minutes later - the host was extremely helpful and managed to contact the guest to open the front door.

Room was adequate for 1 night. Location good
Elevator not working, we had 2 large suitcases. Thankfully someone was coming down and helped. More suited to young travellers with backpacks
