The location is great, but the flat is poorly maintained and unsafe.

We read bad reviews and nearly canceled, but the host called and promised everything would be clean and fixed.
We arrived at 2 AM after a 6-hour drive exhausted and simply looking forward to some rest.
The entry process was overly complicated — too many gates, keys hidden in hard-to-access locations, and poor visibility. I had to use my phone camera multiple attmept just to read the code in the dark while my wife drove around waiting ( the garage key is inside the flat meaning someone needs to wait in the car while you enter on foot ) .
The parking spot was dangerous, covered in slippery oil with an old engine left in the corner leaking oil.
My wife has a disability, and I slipped twice during our stay.
Inside the flat, things were worse:
* The sofa was full of stains
* Bed sheets and covers were stained and looked unwashed
* No pillows were provided, just small sofa cushions
* No soap, no coffee, no tea bags — not ideal when you arrive late and no shops are open
* No internet — the Wi-Fi didn't work at all. (You’ll need roaming or a local SIM card)
* The toilet seat was broken, which again is a hazard, especially for someone with mobility issues
* Shower water temperature kept fluctuating — freezing cold every two minutes
* The bath curtain had mold and what appeared to be blood stains
* The TV had no signal
* A sofa leg was broken and “fixed” using a large, bulky block of wood — another trip hazard
When I messaged the host, he just asked for photos and didn’t follow through. He even called us the next day while we were in a museum, asking to move the car!!
The location is great, but the flat is poorly maintained and unsafe. This isn’t passive income — it needs real effort and respect for guests. Not recommended unless major improvements are made.

The apartment has potential but is poorly maintained. The lack of care is disappointing.
The location is excellent: train and subway stations are within walking distance. While I’m unsure about the broader area, the property itself is enclosed, quiet, and surrounded by greenery. The apartment has good views, a functional kitchen, reliable internet, and a responsive host.
The apartment was filthy. Glasses and cups on the shelves were coated in dust. The frying pan was worn out (everything stuck to it).
The toilet seat was broken (reported by a previous guest a month ago but still unfixed) was frustrating to use.
The bedroom light had no bulb, and the TV remote was sticky, filthy, and non-functional (rendering the TV useless).
No wine glasses, while we're in France? Seriously? Even a basic €0.50 IKEA glass would’ve been better than drinking from cups.
No low table by the sofa - having to balance a drink on the floor while watching a movie on the laps (since the TV didn’t work) hardly qualifies as “cozy”.
The shower temperature fluctuated drastically between scalding hot and freezing cold. The towel rail lived its own life too. The wardrobe door was partially broken, forcing us to access shelves through a gap.
Multiple blown lights in the building and parking lot made access a bit stressful.

Pas d'accès au parking contrairement à l'annonce. Télécommande non fournie malgré ma demande. Ext limité payant donc contravention
Pas de volet dans chambre séjour, juste un semblant de lattes orientables non fixées et inutilisable donc réveil à 6h. De toute façon lits inconfortables.
Quelques photos: SDB, poêle, hygiène... seront plus objective, à vous de voir.

L'emplacement proche du stade de France
Le logement n'etait pas propre (taches sur le divan et sur le rideau de douche).
Pas de literie prévue pour le divan lit alors que mentionnée dans les informations reçues la veille.
Pas de serviettes de bain qui étaient aussi mentionnées.
Pas de badge pour le parking alors qu'il était compris dans la location. Le propriétaire ne m'a pas prévenue, j ai été surprise le jour de mon arrivée et bien embêtee pour trouver une place de parking.
Pas de produits de toilettes alors que mentionnés aussi.
Tiroir à couverts sales, bouilloire ne fonctionne pas. Taches sur oreiller et couette.
Nous sommes très déçues également du peu de réactivité du propriétaire.

Dicht bij Stade de France
De locatie is ideaal wanneer je naar Stade de France gaat.
Bij aankomst stond de voordeur van het appartement open. De sleutel die ik nodig had om de voordeur te openen paste niet eens ip de deur, dus als we weg wilden moesten we de voordeur open laten staan. De garage ben ik ook niet binnen kunnen gaan waardoor ik 35€ extra parkeerkosten heb gehad om op straat te staan. De lakens van het bed waren niet ververst en de vuile handdoeken van de vorige huurder lagen nog in de badkamer. Hadden deze problemen zich niet voorgedaan was het echt een goede slaapplek geweest, maar wij hebben er uiteindelijk niet geslapen en hebben de lange rit terug naar huis gemaakt na het concert waarvoor we kwamen
